At Will Leather Goods, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer returns and exchanges on unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused leather goods in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our workshop, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
